Our Client Portal is set up as a secure area with 24/7 access to the most commonly requested forms –including change requests -- and materials for managing your insurance and group benefits programs from CHS Insurance.
Be aware that informing our office of a change does not mean that coverage is automatic. Coverage cannot be guaranteed until confirmed by the insurance company. The effective date of your change will be the latter of the effective date or the date we receive your written or electronic request. Subject to your policy, you should receive a copy of the endorsement within 60-90 days.
